White Label

White label SEO software where your brand is the default, not the upgrade.

The portal your client opens, the report they read, and the invoice they pay all carry your logo, your colours and your business name. Nothing on any of them says AlmaSEO — and your hours and margins never leave the building.

Most white label SEO software is a badge you pay to remove.

You know the shape of it. The tool does the job, the client-facing artifact carries the vendor’s name, and taking that name off is a line item — a higher tier, a per-client fee, or an add-on you negotiate. The thing you are buying is an absence.

AlmaSEO has no badge to remove, because it was never put there. The client portal renders your business name and your logo in its header and nothing else. The invoice PDF carries your name, your address and your own invoice numbering. There is no “powered by” line waiting to be bought off.

This matters more than it sounds. A client who can see which software you use can price your retainer against that software’s public plan. The white label is not vanity — it is what keeps the conversation about the work rather than the tooling.

White label SEO tools for the freelancer who looks bigger than they are — and the agency that has to.

For the solo SEO or consultant

You are the whole agency, and the artifacts should say so.

You are competing against firms with a design team and a client-services layer. What the client actually sees of that is a report, a portal and an invoice. If those three look like they came from a real operation, you are a real operation.

  • Your logo and colours on everything the client opens
  • Invoices with your own numbering, not a vendor’s
  • Branded reports and invoicing start on Pro

For the agency

Your clients should never learn what you run on.

Every tool you show a client is a tool they can price you against, and a tool a competitor can undercut you with. The client-facing surface is the product you actually sell — and it should carry one name.

  • A client portal on your brand, at your own web address
  • Proposals a prospect accepts on a page with your name on it
  • Hours and margins stripped before the client sees a report
  • The portal is on Agency; reports and invoices are on Pro

Five things your client sees. All five carry your name.

White label is not one feature here — it is a property of every client-facing surface, starting before they are a client at all. Each one has a page of its own if you want the detail.

The proposal, before they are a client at all

Agency plan

The quote that wins the work is the first thing a prospect ever reads from you, and it opens on a page carrying your business name and your brand colour, with accept and decline sitting at the bottom of it. Build it from line items, send it, and it tells you when they’ve opened it. If your portal is on your own domain, the proposal is served from there too — so at the moment they are deciding whether to hire you, nothing in front of them names a vendor.

The white label SEO dashboard, on an address that belongs to you

Agency plan

A private link, generated per client, on a hostname of your own if you want one — clients.youragency.com rather than ours. They open it and see their work reports under your business name, your logo and your brand colours, with no AlmaSEO anywhere on the page or in the URL. No account to create and no password reset six months later, unless a particular client wants a login, in which case you set them an email and password. Rotate the link or revoke it and it dies instantly.

How the client portal works →

The monthly report

Pro and Agency

The rankings and traffic and the work you logged, in one branded document — because a client who is ranking fine still churns if they never saw anything happen. Hours are hidden on anything published to the portal: your client sees deliverables, never your cost.

White label reporting in full →

The audit you hand over

Included

Technical, AI-search, infrastructure and local audits, exported with your brand on them rather than ours. The audit is often the first thing a prospect ever receives from you, which makes it the worst possible place for someone else’s logo.

White label SEO audit tools →

The invoice

Pro and Agency

Your business name, address, phone and billing email in the header, your own invoice prefix and numbering, your tax rate and your footer note. It is drawn from your agency’s billing profile, which is a different record from anything client-side — so nothing about your business leaks into their portal, and nothing about them leaks onto your invoice.

Which plan the white label parts are on.

Stated plainly, because “contact us about white labeling” is how this normally goes:

There is no per-client fee for any of it, and no separate white-label add-on to buy. The 14-day trial runs with every Agency feature switched on, so you can put your own logo on a real portal before you decide anything. It all runs inside an SEO dashboard built for agencies, so the branding is a property of the workspace rather than a module you bolt on. See what each plan costs →

What white label does not mean here.

It does not mean AlmaSEO disappears from your own screen — you log into AlmaSEO, and the app you work in is the app you work in. What is branded is everything that reaches the client: the portal, the reports, the audits, the invoices.

It does not mean a reseller programme. AlmaSEO does not sell SEO services through partners, and there is no arrangement where you resell our labour under your name. You do the work; the software carries your brand while you do it.

White label SEO software questions people actually ask.

Is white label SEO software worth it for a one-person agency?

That is the case where it does the most work, because the client-facing artifacts are the only evidence of scale you have. A branded portal, report and invoice cost you nothing extra once they are set up, and they are what the client remembers. Branded reporting and invoicing start on Pro.

Can the client tell I am using AlmaSEO?

Not from anything they open. The portal header carries your business name and logo and nothing else, and the invoice PDF carries your own business details and invoice numbering. There is no vendor badge on either, and none to pay to remove. The address bar used to be the exception and no longer is: point a hostname of your own at the portal and the link you hand a client reads clients.youragency.com. You add two DNS records at your registrar, AlmaSEO checks the domain is yours, and the certificate is issued from our side — one setup, and after that nothing your client sees mentions us.

Does the client need an account to see their portal?

No, not by default. The portal is one private link per client — no signup, no password, and nothing for you to support six months later — and you can rotate or revoke that link at any time, with revoking taking effect immediately. Where a client insists on a login, usually because their own IT policy treats a shareable link as a risk, you set that client a name, email and password and they sign in to the same branded page. It is per client, and the link keeps working alongside it.

Can my client see my hours or what I am making on them?

No. Hours are hidden on reports published to the portal and financials are excluded from it entirely. The client sees the deliverables; your cost and margin stay on your side.

Is there a per-client charge for the white label portal?

No. There is no per-client fee and no separate white-label add-on. The portal is part of the Agency plan, and the 14-day trial runs with every Agency feature switched on so you can brand a real portal before deciding.

Put your logo on it before you pay for it.

The demo runs on a populated client workspace — no signup, no login, no card. Open the report builder, then read how the portal and the invoice close the loop.
