AI-powered content topic recommendations generated from multiple data sources: WordPress content inventory, Google Search Console performance data, Google Business Profile search-query and review signals, static site inventory, and the site's services list. Surfaces topic gaps, underserved categories, semantic duplicates, search visibility opportunities, and content hierarchy warnings so users know what to create next. Users can click a recommendation to pre-fill the Article Creation Form with the suggested topic, keywords, and content type.

Contains five major subsystems: Retainer Tracker (billing cycles, hour quotas, pacing), Work Entry Logging (manual entries with screenshot attachments), Client Report Builder (select, compose, and email branded work summaries), Client Portal (share read-only report history), and Profitability Dashboard (portfolio-level revenue vs. cost analysis).

Alma Chat
Floating chat widget available on every page that lets users ask plain-English questions about their live AlmaSEO platform data. Powered by built-in AI that can reference your AlmaSEO workspace data plus live Google Analytics and Google Search Console data in real time, with persistent multi-turn conversation history. Activity logging: - Chat usage is automatically written to the per-site Activity/Logs/Reports timeline. - Alma chat sessions create one activity entry per session per site, which is updated on subsequent messages with exchange count and duration. - Activity entries show an "Alma Chat" badge with a chat icon.

A repeating card component on the /sites page representing each connected client site. Each card surfaces identity (logo, name, URL, type badge, active/inactive status), key content stats, integration badges, last activity, connection status, and quick actions—giving the user a scannable overview of every managed property without clicking into it.
