What it solves
- unseen technical issues
- manual site checks
- delayed security alerts
- unclear infrastructure health
- missed downtime notifications
One managed system, not scattered tools
Runs a technical infrastructure check for a client's site, helping teams spot hosting, security, performance, and availability issues before they become client-facing problems. Critical and digest alerts can be emailed based on per-site settings, and each scan produces a saved infrastructure audit report that can be reviewed later.
The capabilities that make up Infrastructure scan
Infrastructure Scan sub-tab for tracking hosting provider and server details. Combines manual CRUD records with scan-detected hosting/IP discovery. Tracks / fields: - Hosting provider, plan name, plan type - IP address, server location - Monthly cost, renewal date, contract end date - cPanel URL, SSH/SFTP access - PHP version, MySQL version, WordPress version - Notes Actions: - Add / edit / delete hosting entries (form-based CRUD). - Auto-detects hosting provider and IP address from infrastructure scans and surfaces those values alongside the stored records.
Infrastructure Scan sub-tab for tracking email hosting and authentication configuration. Combines manual CRUD records with scan-detected email/DNS validation. Tracks / fields: - Email provider, plan, admin console URL - Mailbox count, monthly cost, renewal date, notes - MX records, SPF record - DKIM configured (boolean), DMARC configured (boolean) Actions: - Add / edit / delete email entries (form-based CRUD). - Auto-detects MX records and validates SPF/DKIM/DMARC status from infrastructure scans.
Summarizes site health signals across uptime, security, performance, indexing, and delivery readiness so teams can identify infrastructure risks before they affect client work.
Infrastructure Scan sub-tab for managing SSL certificate records for the client site. Focuses on certificate inventory and lifecycle management, while security header coverage is displayed in the Scan Overview tab. Tracks / fields: - Certificate issuer, certificate type - Domains covered, SAN domains - Valid from/to dates, auto-renew status - Managed by, last checked date - Validity status, check errors, notes Actions: - Add / edit / delete SSL entries (form-based CRUD). - Auto-populates issuer, expiry, and validity signals from infrastructure scan SSL/TLS checks.
Infrastructure Scan sub-tab for managing domain registration and DNS configuration. Combines manual CRUD records with scan-detected DNS/nameserver data. Tracks / fields: - Domain: domain name, registrar, registration date, renewal date, auto-renew status, registrar account URL, notes. - DNS: DNS provider, nameservers, DNS records. Actions: - Add / edit / delete domain entries and DNS entries (form-based CRUD). - Auto-populates detected nameservers and DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, NS) from infrastructure scans into the relevant infrastructure tables.
Tracks domain, hosting, and SSL renewal dates per client site with upcoming-expiry alerts. Aggregates renewal data from Domain & DNS, Hosting, and SSL & Security sub-tabs into a calendar view so agencies never miss a renewal deadline.
